As the advantage and development of our society, there are two problems appeared,  one is environment, the other is resource, and these two problems are both tightly closed to packing .Plastic products has became to a major packing material because of its nicer using, such as widely used EPS inside packing material and fast-food-box etc. Plastic materials dissolution is difficult to melt .It should hold vast space and ground if we inter it. It will produce poisonous gas for firing .People has to face facing serious white pollution by using EPS products year by year .So it is urgent to explore “green passport”. Paper-pallet “green” packing material is easily accepted by marketing for it is easy to be decomposed in nature environment.

 

As the development of world economic and consciousness on environment protecting, many governments take it important to the environment pollution. Europe, Japan, Korea, America and some other countries set up a law to forbid or restrict using EPS. If there is any country in Europe import this kind of products, government will let them pay tax highly, around 100% price higher of  it’s customs price which can insure  to set up a “ green trading protect policy”.

 

China has issued Solid Polluting environment prevention law and establish related law in 1996, firstly take easy-recycle the packing material which easily recycle and deal with .Now relative department of our country is establishing scheme about tax rate for EPS to protect environment.

 

Guangdong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shangdong, Liaoning and another coastal city especially Zhujiang Delta area, They can export lots of products to Europe countries and USA every year .But their goods are restricted because they can not get suitable EPS. The research show that lots of merchandise valued 7,400,000,000.00 dollars have been restricted just because we do not has this kind of “green passport”. The many big foreign Investment Enterprises in China have to use insert paper-pallet packing, such as Guangdong, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin and some other cities . Like China Eression Ltd., Nokia of China Ltd., Motorala of China Ltd. , Some big Enterprises gradually use paper-pallet as packing especially in Konka, Medi, Kelong, Gree of Guangdong area . As China  has entered WTO, it’s more urgent to use paper-pallet packing products, so it has bright future.

 

At present, the normal shockproof wrapper is current EPS, which is extremely stable, not easy decomposing, it’s finally product white

pollution days by days .This kind of packing material  is made from old newspaper ,discarded cantons. The process of produce paper-pallet is used recycling water and air, the major material is wasted paper,   discarded cantons and so on which we can recycle to use it . It has abundant resource with cheaper cost, fully using .After paper-pallet achieved its role as stocking, delivery, sales and so on.

 

Paper-pallet protects packing against damage through the elasticity of itself .Lots of experiments proved that paper-pallet can replace EPS to protect package, it is an ideal “green passport”. There are some difference between paper-pallet and EPS.

 

1.     The raw material if paper-pallet is waste paper, it’s easy to recycle to use ,also  can not pollute our environment and benefit for exporting .The raw material of EPS  used oil,  little recycle value,  also produce seriously white pollution.

 

2.     As the progress of paper mold making, paper-pallet is widely be used , many small scaled or mini-industry production can use it instead of foam material.

 

3.     Paper-pallet can be fold for keeping, it occupy only 1/2-2/5 space smaller than EPS’s, easily reduce the freight fee and stock fee.

 

4.     It can prevent static to protect electronic products due to paper-pallet is hard to produce static, better to protect electronic products and related semiconductor parts.

 

5.     Anti rot, some food such as fruits can release water cells, if we pack it with plastic material, it easily make food get bad.

 

6.     Quakeproof function.   Paper-pallet can better prevent package to be quaked due to its reasonable cavity construction and good elastic ability than EPS’s.

 

7.     The raw material for paper-pallet is much cheaper than EPS’s .Daily production also has more profits.

 

8.     The raw material of paper-pallet is easy to collect with a low cost. Oppositely, EPS has more and more higher cost because we use resource of oil.

 

Generally speaking, the raw material of paper-pallet is main material and easy to be recycled for using, it also according to our country’s “green environmental protecting policy”, which has listed in our state’s development plan for “Green Packing Industry”.
